Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
VOLTEX Store currently ships to all states and union territories across India. We offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship through trusted courier partners across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available on select pin codes)
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above 50$
- A flat shipping fee of 5$-7$ applies to orders below 50$, depending on your location.
- Express shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
- Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
- If you choose not to re-deliver, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. VOLTEX Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at contact@voltexstore.in before the order is dispatched.
9. Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sale periods.
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Courier partner delays.
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations.
