VOLTEX STORE Return & Refund Policy


1. Overview

At VOLTEX Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.


2. Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or not functioning as described.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories as listed.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Products with broken or missing original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
  • Software, digital products, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@voltexstore.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, VOLTEX Store will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a defective or damaged product, we will dispatch the replacement once the original product is received and inspected. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.


7. Cancellation & Refund Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at contact@voltexstore.in.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

8. Warranty Claims

Many electronics sold on VOLTEX Store come with a manufacturer's warranty. For issues arising after the 7-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support. Our team can assist you in locating the relevant warranty information if needed.


9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has been used or is not in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, or invoice is missing.
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer as processing times may vary.
